Hi, I have been staying here since last July. So far the experience has been great. I chose this apartment as it is well maintained and it's convenient to commute to my work place. All the staffs are friendly and approachable.

Grid Indy is a great place to live, I’ve been a resident since July of 2025 and have had hardly no issues.The property management and front office staff are super friendly and welcoming to new residents. Amenities are great, and maintenance staff is quick to assist when problems occur... I would definitely recommend renting here as it’s a great community to start out at!

I love living here!!! Everyone is so kind, the front office and maintenance are amazing, and i’ve ever had any issues over the three years i’ve lived here. I recommend the Grid to anyone i know who’s looking for an apartment!!

I loved my experience at the Grid. Jansen in the office was extremely helpful and kind, and issues were addressed quickly. There were relatively frequent issues with WIFI, but residents were kept updated and problems were fixed within a reasonable time frame. Finally, it's a perfect location for being close to everything downtown (walkable for all of the downtown, short drive to surrounding areas). I would definitely recommend living here!

I absolutely love living here! The location is perfect because I’m close to everything I need from restaurants and shopping to major highways. The office staff and maintenance team are amazing, always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything. I haven’t had a single issue since moving in, and it’s been such a smooth experience overall. Highly recommend this community!

6 month update: My original review still stands. This is by far the best complex I've lived in around the city. The staff is excellent, and the office staff does a great job at engaging residents through giveaways, themed food evenings, and other fun activities. I still highly recommend Grid! Original post: Excellent apartment staff, beautifully maintained public spaces and apartments, and wonderful amenities. Great for downtown Indianapolis living!

I’ve lived here for about a year now and it’s been pretty good. I don’t have any real complaints. As a woman living downtown I think security could be better, sometimes people sneak in behind entering tenants and some women have had issues, not unlike any other apartment. Other than that the staff is attentive and kind. I would recommend renting.

I’ve been living at Grid in Downtown Indianapolis for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The apartments have modern appliances and a clean, updated design. The courtyard is a beautiful spot to relax, and the lobby always feels welcoming and upscale. One of the best parts has been the community gatherings—such a nice touch that makes it feel more like home compared to other apartments I’ve lived in around Indy. The management team is also super friendly and responsive, which really makes a difference. That said, one of the downsides is the noise—especially if your unit faces Washington Street. You’ll frequently hear helicopters and emergency vehicles, which can be a bit much at times, especially at night. Still, if you’re looking for a modern apartment with a strong sense of community and a great location downtown, Grid is definitely worth considering.

The maintenance team works tirelessly to keep the property in great shape, truly making it a hidden gem in downtown. My wife and I lived here over the past year while I finished up medical school; here’s our honest assessment. We were happy to call Grid our home. The community is generally very clean, the apartments are modern, and there are a number of great amenities you can use as a resident. There are a handful of community events each month with good turnout. I’m personally a big fan of the cold brew on tap near the lobby. It’s within walking distance to Whole Foods, which is very convenient if you need an ingredient or something for dinner. The Circle and Mass Ave are a few blocks away as well. Lucas Oil, Gainbridge, White River, and the Zoo are all within walking distance too even though it’s more of a hike to each. Theres a dog wash station and a bike storage room, and while we didn’t use them I can see how those would be helpful. The maintenance staff are all very friendly, helpful, and respond to issues promptly. Huge shout out to them for fixing our dryer and leaky ceiling quickly! Now for some negatives. My lar

I moved to Indy from California last year and have been very pleased with most of the staff maintenance team, and overall community at the Grid. Residents smile which is nice and say hello and the amenities provided have been pleasing so far. The community events are awesome, too! I greatly appreciate having a dishwasher in the unit (the first in 25 years), central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, huge closets and paid garage parking ($170/month) through Parkade. The lounge/lobby is truly a relaxing space to hang out with my neighbors (free coffee!), the gym and spin rooms are amazing, too! Note Downtown Indy is probably pricier that more rural towns or neighborhoods, but so far it's been worth the price. The inner courtyard is really nice, too. Just waiting for maintenance to fix/turn on the outdoor landscape lighting that has not been working for a few months.
